PROJECT OVERVIEW |
Located southeast of downtown Greeley, Colorado, and immediately southeast of the University of Northern Colorado, the Arlington Neighborhood consists mainly of modest cottages, bungalows, and ranch houses dating to between 1920 and 1960. Most are Craftsman, Tudor Revival, Minimal Tradition, or Modern in style. The project consisted of a reconnaissance survey of all 396 improved properties in the neighborhood, a historical context, and an intensive-level survey of 30 properties. This project began in May 2003 and was completed in February 2004. Historitecture acted as a subcontractor to SWCA Environmental Consultants for this project.
